How long before my order is shipped?

In stock items are typically shipped within 24 hours. For 'Pre-sale' items, you will be kept updated via email regularly with the estimated time of arrival.  All items are shipped with gentle care and with an extra special bonus item/s  as our way of spreading 'pixie dust' your way!

How are Loungefly items packaged?

All Loungefly backpacks are carefully inspected and sealed before being shipped in sturdy boxes to you. Should you wish to see photos of the exact item you wish to purchase, we are happy to provide photos!
